Unfortunately I still suffer from MCS, but have made some head way. I have realized that certain things make me feel better: sweating, exercise, and having normal daily bowel movements. The bowel movement thing is new in that I realize I am much more sensitive when I do not have a bowel movement in a couple days or more. I am not sure if it is Candida or an allergy. Candida makes sense for me as it all started for me after antibiotics. I have yet to be able to commit to a yeast free diet and take anti-fungals. I have a busy job and travel a lot. Nonetheless, I am brain fogged most of the time. Now there is another big thing that I will be trying soon. I met a woman on the web that had MCS for many years and even had a website posted about it that I saw many years ago. I happened to email her about 1.5 yrs ago and she told me that she recently had a huge breakthrough. She had an ELISA (aka blood) food allergy test and found out she was allergic to 13 foods. She eliminated them and over several weeks became much less reactive to the point she is leading a normal life. I have talked to her over the past two years and she has held her good health and reacts only occasionally now. I went recently and got an ELISA blood test of 113 foods and I only had two allergic foods: Yeast and Soy. But off the chart allergic. When I am back in town, I plan to test this theory. You should do the same.

LEt me know if you have any questions. I am convinced this thing has to do with our gut. What city do you live in?

Best Regards,

Search my postings by my name "thegardener". Your gut flora and food allergies can be very related.
