I see all sorts of people freaking out and I have done a lot of research into my anxiety and anxiety/panic in general.
Please do the following
If your obese or overweight then it's time to lose weight. Losing weight puts less of a strain on your heart by reducing your BPM and your blood pressure.
Go to the Dr and get your lipid panel done. See where you stand with high density (good cholesterol) and low density cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and your triglycerides and over all cholesterol level.
Exercise will increase your HDL and lower your triglycerides. It wall lower your BPM and reduce your blood pressure. It's win win win!
Go for speed walking for 20 minutes 3 times a week for 1st week then 30 min 3x a week there after. Exercise also makes the body more capable of dealing with stress.
Stay away from caffiene, and sugars like chocolate, ice cream, soft drinks. They can make anxiety very stressful.
If you smoke you need to quit. Seriously.
Be sure to check with a MD before you start any exercise regiment.
