Hey
I used to suffer from panick attacks when i was younger which i got over, for the last 3 months ive been feeling constantly light headed everyday and had a few panic attacks.ive been to the doctor 4 times and he keeps telling me its stress and anxiety. my bp is normal. any ideas?

have you had a panel of blood work taken to rule out other things besides anxiety? mri ct scan? they tried telling me i had anxiety and see i found somthing physical dont just say anxiety if thats not what you think it is...you know your body,,,,if you thinkits anxiety well then ok it proabbly is

It appears that a lot of people who know or suspect they have anxiety problems complain of this problem. Have you consulted a doctor?

ya i have been to 2 doctors they both asked me the same questions gave me the same answers, got blood tests done which came back normal, i would have been under alot of stress for the last year and a half. but im starting to freak myself out now cause of the way im feeling.
