Lately I've been getting very little sleep as well as exercising a ton and 8 hours of school, so it's beginning to take a toll on me. :( I feel so tense and such a nervous stressful wreck. I've been having some panic attacks lately. School and everything is just so stressful. I am also scared to sleep for fear I might die. :( I young, healthy, and everything.. but my mind just can't fathom that everything is alright with me. I have a tennis tournament this upcoming weekend and instead of worrying about my game like i should be, i'm so excited about it that i feel i'll probably die or soemthing before it. like i have this fear of impending doom or something. does anyone else get this sometimes? HELP!!!!!! i don't want to have this future telling power :(

I've been through the sleeping fear before. Not fun! It's great that you're excited about your tournament. Just focus on the good feelings! Good luck at the tournament!
