When I lay down on a pillow at night, sometimes I can feel my pulse in my head beating. I don't have any headaches or anything and its not painful but it does scare me and I was wondering if this is normal.

Icy 09-01-2006, 08:24 PM Well, if you have been diagnosised with anxiety (attacks) it's most likely just what we call hypersensitivity here. Basically focusing a lot on very small things that generally wouldn't phase someone without anxiety attacks (heart beat, pulse in hand, etc). It is nothing to worry about I have found myself feeling it too and focusing and worrying about it will only make it (seem) bad\worse. McGloogan 09-01-2006, 11:59 PM Yes, I have been diagnosed with anxiety. Thank you for your response. |
