I am a 14 year old baseball pitcher, who after pitching one inning, about 20 pitches, on Wednesday, started to feel a pain in my elbow. I am usually sore there but this was a sharper pain when I move in a certain way, like when I swing a bat, throw, especially sidearm, and even when I run. When I raise my arm over my head at an angle, like doing a shoulder stretch, and move it straight up and down, it hurts. Also it hurts to touch the outside of my elbow. What is this and how is it treated? It feels a little better today than yesterday, and I've been icing, resting, taking advil, and going in the hot tub. Any Advice?
