I was talking to a couple of my doctor about this SOUTH BEAH DIET. It is suppose to be great for people on medication, heath problems, and just can't stand that Atkins Diet with no CARBS!

I bought the book, but having a hard time to start the diet! I need to loose about 40lbs. I gained 60lbs while was on Depakote. I am hoping to hear from others, to see what the think of this Diet and if it is working for them and any suggestions to push yourself! I never dieted in my life! Right now, I just wear sweats, or pants with elastic! I refuse to buy any new clothes!

HELP!
