I have been suffering with anxiety for about 3 grueling years now. Ive had every symptom in the book. Recently, Ive had burning on my face, and mostly my left ear. The face remains warm to the touch, but feels like my skin is on fire. The ear gets beet red and throbs. It is so uncomfortable that usual anxiety symptoms creep up while dealing with this. Anyone have any similar experiences?:blob_fire

Yes, I've experienced this! Try drinking a cold glass of water when this happens. It seems to work for me.

I just posted the same question a couple days ago!!! I am going thru this same thing. It feels like your burning from the inside out right? Which than throws me into a full blown panic attack. I have not found any way to make this go away fast enough. I do get a cold rag and keep it on my face...that kind of takes the edge off. I am looking forward to some help on this myself. I'm thinking it may be allergy related, idont know, but thanks for the feedback. I dont feel like that much of a freak anymore!:)
