I am on methadone 120mg a day. The prescription says to take 3 pills (10mg each) 4 times a day. How much can I take at one time? I would rather take 2 or 3 doses at one time and just get it over with. Can I do this? I am also on Paxil, but I don't think it is working too well. I still cry all the time. Could it be the methadone blocking out the Paxil, or do I just need to be on a different kind of anti-depressant? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or replies. Bye. Lynn.

You need to see your doctor asap.Don't adjust your methadone without talking to him\her first.It sounds like they need to review all your meds....Dave
