That's something I've never heard about before your post. I would be interested in reading some responses about the probability of this happening. I would think it's not very likely that your eyes will change color, but then, perhaps anything is possible!
Do you like the color of your eyes as they are now?

I had never heard of adults having eye color change either. I have tried researching it on the internet and haven't found much except that it occassionally happens when you have some sort of illness. I have always had hazel eyes that tended towards green. In the last couple years, they have gone a smokey gray. I have an appointment with an Opthomologist in November. I thought I would ask him about it. I have allergy problems, but no illness that I know of. I'll keep you posted if I find something out.
yea im not worried about my eye color im just wondering if i get older if i end up like my father and my eyes get lighter by age.

My mother's eyes are a slightly lighter shade of brown than when she was young to middle aged.
Babies' eyes change color, so it's not an impossible thing
My mother says my eyes were blue until I was 2. They've been various shades of hazel/brown/green most of my life.
My three daughters were all born with dark gray eyes that turned brown before they were 2.
The middle daughter's eyes turned more like mine by the time she was in high school.
Eye color is fascinating.
But, in general, it seems babies' eyes turn colors quite a bit, generally darker, but grown people's eyes turn only slightly different colors, generally lighter.
