Did you take an antihistamine beforehand?
And yes, I've had anaphalaxis before and it's no fun...

I take the antihistamine on regular base.. at nights...
she told me next time to take it before the shots.. 'bout a hour or so...
after i take it in the morning can I take it again before i go to sleep??
what about you?

Sorry to hear about your reaction today. Sounds pretty scary.

Just switch it to the morning...if it's a once a day med, it doesn't matter when you take it. If it's a twice a day, then yes, take one in the AM and one in the evening.

Personally, I think your shots are too strong. You've mentioned in the past about large skin reactions. Plus how miserable you've been feeling overall. Did they cut back the dose after that one bad skin reaction?
