how come i feel like there is a lump in my throat? i need to burp but found it so hard to burp. n even when i finally manage to burp, a few seconds later i felt the need to burp again. when i swallow, feels like there is something there. i m scared that i would get choked or suffocated. what is wrong wif me?

You should either go to an ENT or a GI doctor, you may have a common form of acid reflux or a hernia due to a shift of your stomachs position. There are other causes I am sure, but those are the two I am familiar with... the acid reflux can be treated with medicine. The hernia often requires a simple out patient surgery.
