I have a mouth guard (splint) from the dentist as he had noticed wear on my teeth and I had really sore jaws from clenching.

I had not worn it for awhile and noted I had developed visual migraines. However since going back on my splint I have had none. I wear it every second night (not the most romantic wear!).

Anyway for about last 2-3yrs I have had a feeling of fullness in the ears and when I yawn I get a clicking type sensation in my ears. Went for hearing tests and ENT nasal check to be told that hearing not great then six months later for a check up had improved to normal levels. Had been put down to possible allergies due to improvement in hearing as was summer when first time visit and winter when second visit.

Anyway last few days been tired sore neck and about a few seconds lasting where I feel dizzy.

I therefore wonder does these symptoms sound like TMJ or more down to poor posture? Any tips for improving this would be helpful.

Thanks
