i have had this problem for a couple of weeks now where my saliva gland behind my ear onthe right hand side is slightly overactive,but when i go to my bed it completely stops.i have no swelling or lumps and have no pain its like when u think of soething tasty your mouth waters.i am under a great deal of stress and anxiety just now could that be anything to do with it?
