My right ear feels clogged , and when i sleep on my side i hear/feel as if something sticky was in there( as if removing a sticker "QUAK" that kind of sound)..so i imagine it is some deep wax..will i become deaf? i understand that it may be wax and i need a cleaning but still.. i get like my ear goes away at intermittent periods....Should i go for a ear wax removal with doctor?

You most likely won't go deaf. It's wax build up in your ear. You can either go to a doctor to have the wax removed or try a home ear wax removal kit which you can buy at any drug store. It's fairly simple to do.
