Hello, I have been taking Minadex for an iron deficiency from Monday and just today realised that I was taking twice the recommended dosage of 10 ml 3 times a day. I now feel faint and sleepy. Should I take the drug in the recommended amounts, stop for a couple of days or find a new drug?
