Hi Steph!

My son is seven months old, but at five months he was nursing four times a day with one supplemental meal in the morning that consisted of rice cereal and a fruit. He would nurse around six am, then eat his morning "meal" at nine am then nursed again at around one, five and then right before bed. At his six month appointment, his doctor suggested making his five pm meal rice cereal and a vegetable, so now he only nurses three times a day. Hope this helps!
