About 7 years ago my toes were like they were asleep. All the doctors acted like I was crazy. Than 2 years ago I was at my family doctor and his lab tech, told him I had to much sugar in my blood and then he said I needed to be tested for diabetes, I had one done and I am a diabete and he send me to another doctor that said I had neuropathy in my feet and legs, The doctor said I had to be a diabete for a least 7 or 8 years to have that much nerve damage to my leg and feet, now I have it in my arms. I also have epilepsy 2 kind. I take about every kind of seizure meds there is.I also have heart problems. Ion...i assume you have type-2 and not type-1 diabete's..If its type-2 then i have advice and only you can decide how to implement it....
First you'll Never get better unless you reverse this type-2 which can be done by low carb diet (atkins type) for several weeks so insulin receptors on your 100 trillion cells can heal. You have to exercise as this helps insulin respond better also. Once these have been done over several weeks (2 to 3) and your blood glucose returns to normal then add nerve restorers Alpha Lipoic Acid and Methylcobalamin and they will slowly fire up the neurons to work again. Anyway thats my advice for you if you have type-2 diabete's....

Yes I do have type 2 diabetes but I am not on insulin and I do take metformin 500MG. My sugar level is under control 100 to 115 as long as I watch my diet and my sure I don't eat anything with sugar in it. Or anything with starch in it. Almost every one in my family on both side over 50 has diabetes. I have had 3 aunts die from diabetes. THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS
