I have had a normal EMG, cervical MRI, and bloodwork. Doc has no idea. My fingers are all still numb on my right hand. I still have shoulder pain and an unexplained swelling on my palm since the last 6 weeks. Anyone??? Anyone have similar experience? He now wants a bone scan done and referred me to a neurologist. I am so aggravated.....Are there any viruses which could cause this??? I need some answers cause it is not showing any signs of going away

Are you taking a ststin drug like Lipitor for high cholesterol? I had awful arm, shoulder and knee pain from it and the symptoms didn't show up for a whole year. Threw the pills away and my pain is almost gone. Something to consider.

Hi - I had similar problems with Carpal tunnel, my whole hand swelled up, but i suppose they have already done nerve conduction Velocities.

Yeah they have already done those tests. I am seeing a neuro next friday. I still think it might be carpal tunnel., I cant even bend my fingers. Awful.
