For 2 straight weeks now, I have had bad cramps. On Aug. 28 I had them at my gyne visit. That was a Monday. That Friday, after 6 1/2 months with no period, it came back, full swing. I bled heavy for 8 days. I stopped bleeding last Sat. Today is Monday and the bad cramps haven't stopped, even though my period has. Does anyone know if this is all menopause related? Should I be worroed? My back is also killing me!
I have a follow up visit back at the gyne two weeks from today. Should I just wait until then, and just suffer?
Thanks!

hi
i have been having the cramping etc for 2 years now and i have only just found a gynae that is willing to investigate further, i think you will find that the other ladies on this board will either be having or have had these symptoms, hang in there

If you are still having cramps after your period has ended, you should at least call the doctor's office and advise them. They should advise whether or not you need to be seen prior to the next appt. Good luck!

By the way... if you consume anything caffeinated, then I would stop for a couple of days and see if it helps. My gyn told me to do that and it was amazing the difference it made in pain and clotting.
