Ok, there are two posts by "anonymous" and I don't know if they're the same ones, but the following info applies:
Anonymous- do you throw up also? If you do, that greatly contributes to the "chipmunk cheeks." Have you heard of BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder)? It's when you think there's a deformity on your body, when there really is not. This can be in addition to an eating disorder. I'd read about it if you can...it may apply here. I can't say for sure, because it's over the internet.
As for the not eating, did you read all of the something fishy site? It would say exactly what it is. and NO, anorexia does NOT MEAN YOU DON"T EAT AT ALL. In fact, there are some girls I know who eat a normal amount, but it's just not enough for their bodies. Bottom line: Anorexia is when you lose 15% of your weight, stop have periods for @ least 3 mos, have huge fear of being fat, and severely restrict your diet.
You could also be retaining water, coffee dehydrates you, so to make up for your body holds as much water as it can, which can show up in the face, hands, and feet. No matter what though, I gaurentee if you don't eat at all, it will take forever to lose weight-
When you body doesn't get food, it starts to shut down. So it conserves EVERY morsel of food you eat, your metabolism slows down, therefore, it takes longer to burn off food. If you're eating constantly, your metabolism is CONSTANTLY WORKING, allowing you to burn off more cals. I know this may sound weird, but it is true.
I'd see a doctor, what you're doing can be very damaging to your body. Starving temporarly creates a situation where a binge is inevitable. Then, ifyou were to binge, your body has been starved, so it keeps all the food, for survival. Keep in mind I'm shortening this, because by now this is like essay long - http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif Anyway, try to eat and try to take of yourself. This is not a way to live.
