All I seem to be eating are carbohydrates! Cereal, breads, bagels, etc. I don't ever want to eat anything that is good for me also like fruits, meat, vegetable. Does anyone else have this problem? If so...what should I do to overcome this problem? I hate how they give me "highs" and then I seem to get really tired fast! But like I said, I seem to be addicted to them!

I'm sure people are sick of me posting on this board, but I feel like I can relate to everything!
That said, I know what you mean....icing was my weakness. And anything chocolate...
This helped me (don't know if it will help you!): eat 5 or six meals a day, and up the protein (i'm not necessarily saying to follow Atkins). One thing that helped me a lot was yogurt.
I do sorta (from experience) think that the more carbs you eat, the more you crave them....not that anyone should cut them out....try and stay away from really sugar-loaded stuff (if you want sweets, there's tons of sugar-free stuff out there!).
Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Running Queen,
I think I'm addicted to carbs too. It was on the news one time. People really do get addicted to them. I always get cravings for them just like they said. To break the habit I think they said to slowly start eating better foods and eat less of the carbs. They did say that it is becoming very common in kids and teens because we eat so much junk food all the time!
