I am 20 and don't think i have a problem but my friends and family do. In high school i played 3 sports so nevr worried about my weight. Once i went to college and stopped playing i kept working out but lost a lot of the muscle so looked much thinner and lost a lot of weight. I was about 140 tops in hs. I lost over 20lbs last year in a short period of time. I work out everyday for at least 90 min. My mom thinks i over exercise but i enjoy it and feel i must work out to stay fit. i am very picky eater. I usually eat one real meal(dinner) and pretzels during the day. I don't think i am fat but at the same time i don't thik i am as skinny as other think i am. I have a gained a few pounds recently but feel like i am going to get fat. I don't see why everyone is freakign out if i feel fine. Do i ahve a problem??

I don't think you have a problem. But you might want to be careful. If you are exercising that much, you should probably be eating more during the day. Try to eat several small meals instead of just one big one. You'll feel better and have more energy. I love exercising and playing sports also and I know that it's important to give your body the fuel it needs. Good luck and be careful because once you fall into an eating disorder or any unhealthy habit...it is hard to get out!
