hi sunnyaa, I had an ectopic in March this year, the most traumatising experience I have ever been through so my heart goes out to you and I hope you are getting tons of support now. I am not sure of the specifics of your surgery but I had a right salpingectomy (fallopian tube removed but ovary left alone) and I had nightmares about being 50% fertile and it taking me years to conceive naturally and I actually was pg again within 3 months - although I had a m/c it was not apparantly related. It was explained to me brilliantly by the Trust in the UK that deals with ectopics that I still have 100% fertility but only 75% opportunity, so if you are 1 tube down you should be the same. Can I just say primarily please try to recover a little before you get too focussed on TTC again - I didn't, wanted to be back to work whilst still hobbling around bent in two, and wanted to be pg again immediately, and I now find that the shock and distress can hit me any day out of the blue as though it were all yesterday.
