Someone told me to stay away from anything with mineral oil in it. Someone else said that you should buy organic. I have read alot of posts here and have gotten some wonderful advice. I am about out of my expensive stuff and I am going to try and go simple, getting:1. a good face wash/soap. 2. a toner possibly. 3. moisturizer with spf 4. eye cream 5. a multi-vitamin and grapeseed extract (thanks eve40) Trying to keep it simple and inexpensive and effective. I don't smoke, but need to up my water intake. I have started yoga and need to get some cardio in. I do believe all that helps. The sun shines on me from time to time so I need to have a good spf moisturizer. thanks girls!

Stay away from bar soap. It's very bad for you skin.
You need at least a SPF of 15.
If you have dark circles, get an eye cream with Vit K,in it.
The name, Organic, can mean anything considering there are no standards. The ingredents could be rich in organics or trace. I think you have a good plan there. You can refine as you contiune to read of new ingredients you think are useful.
Have fun shopping.
