I've recently developed a problem where I notice that my vision flickers (especially perhipal vision) in either very low light (first thing in the morning) or under certain florescent lights. I've also noticed that there is much more of a noticable flicker when I watch TV or use a computer. The flickering is in both eyes.

I think this has been going on for about three to four months at least. I first took notice of it after I had two "episodes" where my entire vision flickered noticably and suddenly when I was sitting in areas with high light contrast (e.g in front of a window in an otherwise dim room). This lasted a few minutes both times. The episodes havent re-occured but the flickering under low light and florescent light persists.

Any ideas what this might be?
