my creatinine kinase level is 450. I am a body builder, does this mean i cannot eat as much protein and train with a high intensity for the rest of my life? ( i am 22)

Normal level is 0-240 mina is 450 after ive been resting for weeks. Muscle aches are getting better, do you think i could go back to gym or wait a few more weeks? Thanks |
