I had one of the most difficult days in a while today. I passed out 3 times during gymastics practice and then couldn't finish my usual running regime. I panic every time the thought of hunger or eating crosses my mind and so I try sticking with water and vitamins for the most part. That way my body gets all the nutrients it needs. What do you do when you have a rough day? I usually exercise. Thankx for listening.

Lily- On rough days, I talk to my mom. She keeps me in touch with my goals and getting better. Do you have a friend or family member that you can talk to? If so, I would recommend talking to them and asking for support.
Try to eat more too. Vitamins are good, but you can't get some essential nutrients that will help your body from them. Eating food is the only way.
I understand why you exercise. I am a very dedicated runner and I used to do cheerleading and gymnastics. Exercise is fun and great way to stay in shape. But if you aren't replenishing your body with the energy it needs, then it can be bad. I promise that if you eat more, then you will have more energy which will help you perform at your absolute best!
Good luck and I hope that I have helped! You can email me if you want to talk somemore. Jenspace@hotmail.com
