Does it ever make you mad when other people MAKE you eat? I really really don't want to throw anything up anymore. I don't want to and I hadn't done it for almost a week, I think. I've been eating very little and running to take care of that, so maybe that's not the healthiest approach, but it HAS to be better than purging, right?? Anyway, I really didn't want to eat anymore yesterday. I had already eaten a cup of Chex and a few bites of speghetti and that was enough and I visited a friend and he made me eat. I couldn't get out of it. So I only ate a few bites. And I thought it would be OK, but in a few minutes I had to get rid of it, I mean, I'd been doing so well! So I went and took care of things in the bathroom, but I only threw up a little of it, I just couldn't do it anymore; I don't want to hurt myself, so I didn't finish throwing up. Today I've vowed to not let this happen again, but what if it does? How do you get through those 20 minutes or so after you eat without throwing up? I know I won't throw up my Chex, because I know they're the healthiest thing I'll eat and I know I need food in the morning to have energy, but if I eat anything at night I feel like I need to get rid of it because it is night time and it is a waste and it will make me fat and so on and so forth... Sorry, I just wanted to vent my frustration. I really really don't want to purge. I don't do it that often, maybe a few times a week at the most, but I don't want to do it at all anymore.
