View Full Version : Advice?

I have been battling anorexia for almost a year now. While my actual weight loss is now only fluctuating between 1 or 2 pounds, the idea of being below 115 lbs is OK, but I panic if it goes over that, and begin restricting.
Does anyone have any advice?

How tall are you? I am 5'5 so I should be at about 120 lbs. It depends on your height and how active you are. I too have been battling with anorexia for the past year and a half. But I am getting better and gaining weight. It is just not worth it! I had no energy and I hated my life. But now I am taking control and have gained about eight pounds! And I am totally fine with it! Being healthy is more important to me then looking like a skeleton and having zero energy.

Please get help if you feel like you can't do it a lone (and most people can't). Talk to a friend, parent or doctor. You can be happy and healthy. Love yourself no matter what you look like. If you need more help or advice, email me! Jenspace@hotmail.com

Love, Jen

Thanks for the reply!
I am 5'9" and fairly active. I do tire easily, but have a type A perfectionist personality, so I push myself to do whatever needs to be done.
