i have a mole on my neck which has been there for a long time, but i think it may have become more noticible. it has a clear round edge, and is not sore/itchy/irritated, can I assume that it is harmless? my knowledge here is limited. thanks

As far as i am aware a mole is ok and doesn't need checking as long as it hasn't changed shape, been bleeding, got any bigger and the colour hasn't changed.
