I am on a sensible diet but am looking to purchase some type of appetite suppressant that will also give me some energy. Any suggestions?

Also, has anyone tried Hoodia (patch or liquid) and does it really stop hunger pangs and cravings?

Thanks to all.

I drink the hoodia tea and I love it. I put a little splenda in it and it keeps me from snacking on sugary food. I don't believe it helps me lose weight but it does take away my sweet cravings especially right after dinner. Hope that helps.

Spirulina is a natural suppresant and assists the body with cleansing too.

Lipodrene is a great appetite sup. There are different kinds. Lipodrene SR does not have ephedra in it. It gives energy too probably because of the caffeine in it. I have to remind myself to eat sometimes because I'm not really hungry at all. Hope that helps.

i have tried hoodia 500mg, bought 4 bottles at £31 which should have lasted 4 mths! THIS HAS HARDLY LASTED 2 WEEKS, so even with trebling the dose IT STILL HASN'T WORKED- THIS WAS A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!
Looks like I just have to use will power and reduce my portions greatly!!

I started taking the Hoodia911 - 850mg/per tablet last week wednesday. Today is Monday and I have lost 4 pounds. However, it is not as easy as they say. I am not sure if it is my will power that is actually working this time, but I haven't been snacking. I am still hungry at times, but I really want this to work, so I'm not sure that it is the hoodia that is working or just me:) I have been able to eat less at meals and feel satisfied. My trouble is I am always thinking about food! Good Luck! If you find something that works... let me know:)
