Can Yogurt be used as breakfast, lunch, dinner ? And will it help you lose weight by eating it that way?

Hi Chik4U,

Are you refering to a diet of just yogurt for all three meals or just as a meal? If it's just as a meal it may not be enough but it's a start...if it's for every meal it isn't enough for your body to grow healthy in all areas (anything in excess is not good either way, as most of us here on the board have realized which is why we are here). It is however, I find, a start to losing weight and keeping the body healthy...It has bacteria which helps clean out the intestines and is a good source of calcium. It's best to get the kind of yogurt that lists the yogurt cultures on the label too, rather than just saying "active cultures" which can mean anything. Another good refresher is cranberry juice (the kind that's 100% cranberry). I mix it with water because it is too acidic and high in sugar alone but it also helps to detoxify the body and "clean you out".

Well, I hope this helped and didn't sound too much like a doctor's report...talk to you soon!

Peeka Boo
