Hi Monica
I'm sure that you'll find everyone here to be great listeners and enjoy hearing our stories. I've really enjoyed this board. Since you shared, I'll tell you a bit about me. I have one son with autism, Liam, who is 3. He's just started a specialized pre-school, and we've also been persuing homeopathic treatment for him. He talks, but mostly only about constuction vehicles, about which he is a walking encyclopedia. Seeing an excavator, or a street sweeper can make his entire day. I also have a 1-year-old daughter named Kaya who is typically functioning. Actually, I suspect she might be gifted, she's 15 months old and speaking in sentences. But, I guess all children are gifted in the eyes of their mother :) . I am a stay at home mom, and I work very part time as a nanny for a family near my home.
Hope to see you around the board
