I cross posted this to the ovarian cancer section as well, but went to the gyno today after months of pelvic pain, and she says my uterus is "boggy" and enlarged??? I also have a cyst on my ovary.... Well, anyway she wants me to get an ultrasound asap....and she wants me to see her again on monday. I don't have insurance and she told me to make whatever arrangements I can with my local hospital because it is urgent...sooo a little worried and scared... anyone else have similar experiences??

Yes, My CT abdomen showed a bulky uterus. Then they want me to have an ultrasound. Which I did. It showed...... I need to find my report. Sorry! No further test and no treatment. Must be a common things in women.

I've dealt with both the boggy uterus and cysts. I had ultrasounds after every cycle for 4 months. The boggy uterus cleared up, one of the cysts erupted, and the other cysts were just follicles, and disappeared. That was 2 years ago and everything has been fine since.

Wow, it is a good news!

The ultrasound report said I have "a serosal fibroid measuring 2.1cm in maximal dimension is present on the right at the fundus."

"The endometrial echo is non specific in appearance with a bilamina thickness of 8mm." Am my lining too thick or just thick or it is a normal size?

Could someone help me? What is this means? "with a dominant follicle on the left ovary." Is follicle a cyst?

I got 2 periods in 3 weeks time. Before that I missed 3 months period and I thought it was a perimenopause. (I'm 49) I was pushed out my uterus in the toilet 5 weeks ago! GP said it is a prolaspe and from that I've a dull pain at the lower abdomen... I wonder why it takes so long to heal?

Anyone here can help?
