I menopaused three years ago. The worst symptom I got was nausea. Now, no period for three years and nausea is returning.Doctor said that the hormones are still fluctuating and you can still get symptoms for years after menopausing.

This is the worst because if I don't eat, I get tired. All else is normal.Anyone else dealing with this ? Can I be experiencing nausea with the fluations because I have never been pregnant ? Any advice, tips , tec. greatly appreciated.

Hi:

Menopausal symptoms can come and go, there's no doubt about that. I had horrible tingling in my hands and feet last fall. It disappeared but then came back in August. It seems like the symptoms really rise and fall depending on what your hormones are doing.

When I had the nausea really badly, I nibbled on candied ginger. It really seemed to help.

Thanks Wizard. It's a very bad symptom to deal with.I take Emetrol for when it gets bad.It seems to happen from noon on after I eat.
