hey!

I'm 4 foot 11, and currently weigh about 110 lbs. I started at 130 in april and cut my calories and began walking - got really good results. I'm not counting calories anymore.. just eatin sensibly.. eating well, and no junk. ( found that by keeping a food diary I could learn a good amount to eat per day.) I walked about 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. my goal is 100 lbs ( my doc okayed this as I have a really small frame).

I quit half ways through the summer since it was getting hot out - but now I have a wonderfully conditioned univeristy gym to take advantage of, so I'm using it.

I upped my rountine, this is what Im following - 4 days a week, I do about 15 minutes of walking on the treadmill, 15 minutes of jogging on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the ski machine ( which is quite intense, I love it) and another 10 to 15 minutes of streching/ abs/ jumping rope.. whatever I feel like.

do you all think 4 days is enough for me to keep loosing weight? Ive been doing this for the past 2 weeks and havent really weighed in yet - will do that tommorow morning.

I felt really guilty today when I didnt go... anyways, my question is, 4, or 5 days? Im looking to loose about 1 - 2 lbs a week.

How long have you been at 110 for? You may want to consider weight training. This had the advantage of raising your metabolism. Tommorow's weigh-in should give you a better indication of where you stand.

Good job on the progress so far!

Ive been 110 since about july.. Im going by my doctors scale since my scale is off by a bit ( my scale said 104 and now it says 102).. but it did say I lost 2 lbs this morning! Guess I am doing enough!
