Hi, im new here...Ive lost 6stone in the last three years which im proud of....My height is 5'3....I now weigh 8stone 8lb....(was nearly pushing 15st)....I was wondering if anyone knows how to stay to this weight without losing anymore or putting any weight back on again...I cheat now and again(well everyone likes a treat now and again right)...Any ideas how to do this thanks..... ...I just cut out junk food....I also love walking(with me mp3 music player)...Great site BTW...:)
