My husband and I just decided to start trying for #2 next month. We have a one year old boy who is so cool!! I am so excited to start trying again but am also so nervous about having another. I hear that is easier to concieve the second time around. It took us 12 months to get pregnant the first time. I never went back on birthconrol so hopefully it will be easier this time around.I also have never been on a chat board so it is so cool to hear everyone elses stories. I wish I had found this the first time.We were so frustrated and never tought we would get pregnant. We finnally went to see a Dr and he order some tests which we didn't even get to do because we got pregnant that month. I hope it is easier this time but am grateful I found this site in case we are in for another long road of ttc.

Was resurring reading your message, We've been TTC now for 8 months and I to thought it would happen at the drop of a hat!! but how wrong was I! I expected to come off BCP and to fall pregnant straight away. The more messages I read about people who it took nearly 12 months to conceive makes me feel better. We have had all the tests and all is ok,but you still carnt help that WHAT IF FEELING!! I'm sure all our time will come soon we just have to be a little patient hard i know when you want something so bad.

I am glad that my first pregancy can give someone hope!!!It was so frustrating and trying wasn't fun anymore. I even went off BCP three months befor we started trying. But we were is such a better time of our life when it finally did happen, I feel like God new that we needed a little more time. Thats what I feel now, but during that time frame My poor husband, we all the tricks that people tell you to do. We tried almost anything someone mentioned. It is actually kinda funny because none of them worked!!!!!! My Dr said 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week, who cares!! So we didn't care and just had alot of fun like the old days and then came Avery.
