Hey I'm new. I'm 18 yrs old. I weigh 210 lbs. I wanna get into shape, lose my love handles and my little belly I got. Would eating right and running at least a mile everyday help me lose weight fast? or do i need to run more? I usually dont eat breakfast. but when i do i eat cerael and for lunch i will have like carrots and celery, and a regular dinner. Should i just eat salad for dinner ? I wanna get down to like 180. Can someone please help me out!

Don't skip breakfast-probably the most important meal of the day. Have egg whites, cottage cheese etc. Stay away from the sugary cereals with perservatives.

I find a bigger lunch and tinier dinner work better for me. I workout in the pm and hate the way a feel with a full stomach.

Any exercise is great, although running can be tough on the joints- make sure your are really stretched out first.

You will need to add some weight training to define muscles. Weights strength muscle, which burns more calories.
