Last Friday (22nd September) I visited a sex worker and she gave me unproteded oral, she then proceded to mastabate me near her vagina and as I ejaculated she pushed my penis just inside her vagina, though only by about 1 or 2 centimetres. I'm worried sick about possible infection and I know I've been very very stupid. I've booked an appointment for tests on 9th October though I know that HIV tests will only be conclusive after 12 weeks I feel I need to do something. I've also woke up today with a nasty chest which I'm sure isnt related and is probably due to stress due to all of this. ANy advice would be really helpful please.

You need to settle down. Worrying is not good for you. Worrying is often the first step people take followed by "symptom surfing" which is a situation where one reads about HIV symptoms and all of the sudden they appear to have the same symptoms. The mind is a very powerful thing. Relax, keep busy and keep your mind on other things. Get your test done and based on what you have said, I will bet you will be perfectly fine!
Best Wishes,

your cough is nothing to do with it. your very unlikely to have got infected but don't make a habit of it.

Seven weeks ago, I had sex with a sex worker. Condom didn't break. But since I am allergic to latex, I put some water on my penis (from her sink), and then soap. Keep in mind, I may have come into contact with the virus when I took over the condom.
A month ago, I got sick with a flu (which I got from my sister). The flu went away after a week, but a canker sore appeared inside my upper lip. Then the sore throat from the flu re-appeared, but it was mild, and it's been there ever since. Nothing that can ruin my life, but it can be annoying.
Soon I began to get all the symptoms of HIV infection. Diarrhea, itchy skin (no rash, fortunately), and abdominal pain (maybe from all the Vitamin C I took). I thought I had HIV, and I even saw my family at my funeral and all. I was very weak. The fatigue was incredible, and my heart was beating fast all the time, and there were shortness of breaths from time to time.
A week ago, my sister's husband tells me he has the exact same sore throat, and my sister says she's having the same problem too. I visit their house from time, but I don't use their bathroom or anything. My sore throat is nearly gone now. As for my fatigue, I could run a marathon and still feel energetic enough for another. Maybe because of all the vitamins I took.
All I have now is the itchy skin, which comes only (ha, ha), when I think of it.
My lymph nodes on the back of my head hurt, and my neck feels a little stiff, but the sore throat is nearly gone.
I'll make sure I don't have HIV, but I am sure all the symptoms I had were in the mind.
