Hello, this is my first post in HealthBoards.com and I would like to share my tip as well as receive some tips and ideas about puffy eyes.
I have read all over the net that cold water does good for puffiness, cold fresh air, cold cucumber, cold teabags, freezed gels etc.
But what I have realised is that when it is summer and sunny and warm, I rarely get puffy eyes. Even if I have a hangover, if I get outside at the warmth then the puffiness dissapear. The same happens if it's winter and it is VERY hot in the house, for example there is a super heater or fireplace that warms my face very much.
On the other hand, when I sleep in a cold room (when I say cold I mean that when you breath your nose gets cold) then the next day I have the most awful puffy eyes in the world!!!
Therefore, I would be very greatful if someone could confirm this (probably someone else has realised the same things), if someone knows why this happens and also and most importantly I would like some ideas as to how to get very warm in my face during the winter every morning...well...possibly have a heater in front of my face for 15 minutes or something? but is that good for my health?
