You probably ripped off a couple of layers of your skin.
I suggest you put Neosporin on that so it doesn't get infected and doesn't leave a scar.
Also, don't wax your face anymore... or if you have to make sure that the wax is cool enough not to burn off your skin. And be gentle so you don't end up ripping more layers of skin. I've done that before and had scars in a couple of places... but they faded away over time thankfully.

Yeah, sounds like you took off a couple layers of skin. I agree that you should treat it with neosporin or some such. This will keep the batteria out and your skin soft.
Next time you wax, consider using Sally H's wax strips for the FACE (don't use leg waxers on the face, ok?). Be sure you skin is healthy before waxing. For example, I stop using Retin A about a week before I wax. I also make sure I don't spend time in the sun before and after the wax. (Actually, I protect my skin rigorously with SPF 30 every day).
When you pull the wax strip off your face, be sure you are holding the skin taut. And be sure you don't pull the strip away from your face; it's more of an up motion (or down depending on the direction of the hair).

Yeah, this is why I don't go and have mine done. Last time I went the lady burned my eyebrow! I was really pissed! Now, I just do it at home. Kc
