I have a yellowish discoloration at the root of my eyelashes. Not sure what it is, but it doesn't seem to be going away. Washing doesn't help. I have no irritation or signs of vision problems; my eyes are a-ok, but the eyelashes look hideous in the wrong light. I'd really like to get rid of it.

Any ideas?
