i use the 10% formula to whiten my teeth, however i jsut bought a 22% one, is it safe and will it whiten alot more? whats a more permanent solution to whiten? also i use baking soda sometimes but i heard if you do it too much itll cause cavities, so how often can i do it?

You can buy the bleach from the dentist for 50 dollars.

did the10% help very much? i saw the 22% advertized for teeth whitening on a website so i would think it would be safe. i've been thinking about trying the 22% myself

its not a special product or anything, just 22% carbamide peroxide ina syrine with a dental mouth tray. so you think its safe to use?
