1. I guess it depends on what you take and what's in them. Not all are created equal.
2. Again, it depends. LOL I'm using slimquick, I've been consistantly losing weight each week, so I'd say it work for me. Also, what works REALLY well for one person might not work at all for another.
3. Yes, they can get pricey! You can easily spend over a $100 on this stuff, for just a few bottles of like 60 capsules. It's a trick... LOL

I tried diet pills before and I lost 30 pds in 3 months but once I quit taking them. I gained the weight back.
