Ok does this happen to anyone?

I eat so much sometimes and feel guilty..so I throw up.
But then a few hours later..or not even..it could be as little as one hour..I get really hungry..(well obviously because I threw up my food that I ate earlier)

So then I eat ..but when I eat..I don't eat sensibly..I go into another binge..but the second time around, I don't throw up. Does this happen to anyone? Because I have been doing this since high school..and I just want to know if anyone else has the same problems.

Yes, this happens to me all the time. Most of the time, though, I throw up after the second binge, too, even though I then have less motivation to do so than after the first binge, for some reason. I still haven't been able to figure out why I do this (I guess the hunger, tiredness and lightheadedness after purging becomes overwhelming, and then I have to "comfort" myself with food). I feel too guilty if I have any food in such a short period after I pigged out on it, so I become compulsive about the whole thing and think I might as well just stuff myself. Yeah, it's devastating, and it just happened to me three times on the weekend. What a waste of two days!

Yes, that happens to me. That is the problem with bulemia, it is a never ending cycle of hunger, binge, too full, purge, hungry, binge. Everything with a bulemic is black and white- extremes- there is no balance and gray areas. These last few days have been horrible for me and I am not hungry right now and am fighting to not go down and get some bread or ice cream, which I know will start a binge. Auggg! I HAVE to stop this. It is destroying my life, physically and the way that I feel!
