I am wondering if anyone can tell me if my symptoms sound like an STD. Some kind of sensation under the front of the head of penis. Not burning or itching, but certainly a noticeable sensation. Also, a frequent urge to urinate, though not much comes out each time. There has been no discharge, or noticeable sores. This has been going on for about a week, and I last had sex a month ago. I have done research on my own, but my combined sypmtoms just dont seem like anything in particular. Thank you.
