View Full Version : no food is satisfying

Hi everyone,

I sometimes cannot find any food I like so I eat bits of everything and get full but remain unsatisfied. I think it is Ed related ofcause, and the high fat food craving due to lack of omega 3's etc. I'm sure I'm lacking in nutrients despite a decent diet but not so drastically that I need to sample every food possibility. Does anyone ever feel like this?

YES!!! I was just thinking that I iwhs I could figure out what would satisfy me because I'm constantly craving something. If you find anything that satisfies you, please share. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

I've tried making some healthy chicken and vegetable stews and some casseroles where I add up all the cals in the ingredients and then figure out the nutrition per serving or cup. It's scary at first to tried so many combined foods (at least it was for me as I usually eat many one item things such as yogurt and bread) but they really satisfy and make me feel full on only a little.

Hi Rachel and Cloudy,
I am currently constantly eating apricot delight. I should get off this excess of sugar. Cloudy, I will try the chicken casserole type thing sounds good. I will keep trying! I think when you eat the sugar and fat snacks everything else becomes boring. I drink way too much coffee yet this is strangly satisfying but not recommneded.
