marky 09-29-2006, 07:33 PM anyone had any sucess with lowering [pre hypertensive] blood pressure with herbal diuretics with potassium my pressure is usually 138/83 id like to get it a little lower Sponsor cartner 09-29-2006, 07:44 PM Hello, You can reduce your blood pressure more by adding supplements of Magnesium 250 mg, Flaxseed 1,000 mg and Vitamin C 500 mg as I did and today I haven't taken my medication still by blood pressure is 125/92 which is a good thing for me :D. I didn't exercise for 2 days so I hope that tommorow it will be 120/85. Good luck, Michael Lenin 09-30-2006, 06:51 PM marky, The herbal diuretics are weaker and cost a GREAT deal more. Also calibrating dosage from batch of herbs to another is a problem since they aren't at all standardized. I've seen as much as $2 a day for them. Which ones are you considering?
