Hello,

You can reduce your blood pressure more by adding supplements of Magnesium 250 mg, Flaxseed 1,000 mg and Vitamin C 500 mg as I did and today I haven't taken my medication still by blood pressure is 125/92 which is a good thing for me :D. I didn't exercise for 2 days so I hope that tommorow it will be 120/85.
Good luck,
Michael

marky,

The herbal diuretics are weaker and cost a GREAT deal more. Also calibrating dosage from batch of herbs to another is a problem since they aren't at all standardized. I've seen as much as $2 a day for them.

Which ones are you considering? Uva Ursi, hydrangea, dandelion and buchu are usually used.
